house in the historic town of Ve\u013ek\u00fd \u0160ari\u0161, this project revitalizes the original volume and position with a contemporary architectural language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A simple gable roof, stone cladding, and copper-anthracite metal covering create a compact, timeless form rooted in its natural surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed for a four-member family, the house offers a barrier-free layout, high energy efficiency, and a heating system powered by an air-to-water heat pump.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" materials \u2013 concrete, wood, textured glass \u2013 with soft light and balanced tones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outdoors, a continuous stone fa\u00e7ade and covered terraces form a calm, monolithic presence
