Using soft-robotic principles, we developed a lightweight and flexible skin that is able to adapt itself to changing outdoor conditions. Corolla is a technological oasis; it is a hybrid between indoor and outdoor, providing a comfortable and efficient space for meeting, working, and sharing ideas all year round, and in any location. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The concept won the Design Competition Expo Dubai 2020 and the full-scale realized prototype will be showcased in Milan Design Week and Expo Dubai 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>in collaboration with Omer Alraee and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macotechnology.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.macotechnology.com\/\">Maco technology srl<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Happy to share our project Corolla, the weather responsive coworking pod, was featured in an article on designboom.com.
